At Family Dental Associates, we strive to make payment simple and easy for you. We accept most PPO dental insurance plans and will work with your insurance company to save you time and money. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash, and personal checks.

Family Dental Associates adheres to all patients rights policies regarding protected health information as outlined in the Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act of 1996 or HIPAA. It is understood that patient information can and will be used to:
